It keeps getting better!!!

Well, isn't this a hoot? They wanted to micromanage the stores from the home office. They got their wish.....three managers are out on disability and the rest of the help is quitting because the two, Larry and John...if they get a third it's the Stooges....do not have a clue how to run this type of business and are driving the help away with bad decisions and that attitude that no mistakes are made above store level. Two of those managers are out with Tuesday Morning caused injuries because it takes Tueday Morning years to come to a concensus on the right way to do something, such as how to avoid injuries to the store level staff. This year, after years of injuries, they are upgrading the truck unloading procedure with rudimentary operating procedures. Those procedures would work great if the real estate department paid better attention to where these stores are opened. The corporation came up with a plan of action for unloading trucks that would work great if they didn't skimp on store level labor dollars and if all the stores had a loading dock (only the Ocean store has a loading dock and it's the smallest store). Oh, and the Regional is out on vacation. Would you think he'd cut it short and save his stores....no way....he'll just get nasty on the phone and try and bully someone to work in one of the shorthanded stores. The way the regional and zone act you'd think they made something useful at Tuesday Morning. Tuesday Morning needs an efficiency expert to come in and straighten out the procedures and not rely on people that do not have a clue.

What is it going to take?

I am rolling on the floor. They just fired a regional because his stores weren't up to standards.....ha ha ha ha ha. None of Tuesday Morning stores are up to standards. What is actually going on is setting an example to all the other little people. See, we mean business, even though we don't have a clue how to run that business. And the investment company that owns Tuesday Morning has even less of a clue. They think that because the bottom line shows profit that everything in Gotham is good. Well, do a Google search of Tuesday Morning and check out all the discrimination lawsuits they have managed to attract. You'll also see all the self-aggrandized media crap they've put out there so that everyone thinks they are a great company. And now, not only do they have their employees hating them, but the vendors are starting to sue them too! Thomas Kincaid and Liz Claiborne, to name a few. Tuesday Morning is selling knockoffs from China but saying "We didn't know". I have the simplest of solutions for the investors....get rid of the "royalty" at the home office and get real professionals, not some bunch of "crooks" that are fleecing the public and the investors.
