NEW YORK, May 22 (newratings.com) - Analysts at JMP Securities downgrade Tuesday Morning Corporation (TUES.NAS) from "market perform"" to "market underperform," while reducing their estimates for the company. The target price is set to $15.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the company has been witnessing a negative comps trend over the past two years, with the recent weakness exhibiting poor customer traffic. Higher fuel prices, price inflation and rising interest rates are likely to lead to lower disposable incomes and adversely impact Tuesday Morning’s customer base, the analyst says. The EPS estimates for FY06 and FY07 have been reduced from $1.45 to $1.38 and from $1.63 to $1.46, respectively.

Finally...

I searched for weeks to find anything that might soothe my injured ego. And I did, just this morning, when I stumbled across the site.

I, too, am an ex-manager of a Tuesday Morning in WI. I was dimissed at the end of last month. Why?? Because I became desperate to find good workers, who would work for little, and as it happens, my daugher was one of those people. Yes, it may have been wrong and then again...I'm not so sure. Nevermind that since I was dismissed, my daughter was promoted to Asst. Mgr. so I ask...how bad a decision was it?

There are so many things wrong with Tuesday Morning, that it would take damn near a month to retell my story. Let's just suffice it to say that I have never been so displeased by a company and it's lack of support for its employees.

Horribly understaffed at any given time, I found myself working 12, 18, and sometimes longer stretches, just to cover the floor.

In addition to that, I discovered that it was useless to give reviews and dole out pay increases--because it often took months for those increases to go into effect and by then, the employee who had been promised the pay increase--would often quit.

Having been asked to dock employees an 1/2 hours worth of pay for every shift worked in excess of 6 hours...when often times those breaks were not taken and that was only because we had no converage. It's against the law in WI., to do so, but TM was not above asking me to do it.

The list goes on and on and on...and I for one will be filing a complaint with the DWD here in WI.

Enough is enough!Are there any other resources I might look to for information.
