Damage Control
I am reposting this comment to show that someone who is connected to corporations is monitoring this blog and I thought it was a good idea to try and get the response this comment is asking for. So please post your experiences with this company whether negative or positive. The only way to affect change is to show what is wrong. And even though the archives for this blog are loaded with comments from 'disgruntled' employees, the gestapo like tactics of supervisors of this company will probably stop anyone from posting here out of fear. They (the disgruntled employees and customers) were posting on 'EgoInc, happy tuesday morning' until 'Official Tuesday Morning' whined about the posts and now they are edited...nothing like good damage control, eh?

This blog paints Tuesday Morning as the worst of the worst companies to work for and everyone knows this but are scared to say anything. If this is fact and everyone knows what a bad comapany Tuesday Morning, why do they apply for a job there in the first place? I cannot believe that this company would institute a policy to harass employees to the point of a Lawsuit. Maybe more than a couple of disgruntled employees need to make a statement. If there are any.

I am not associated with Tuesday Morning Corporation, nor have I ever stepped foot into a Tuesday Morning Store.
From what I have read here, Tuesday Morning is considered the Worst Retail outfit to work for. This being said, there does not seem to be very many people speaking out. Walmart had problems with their stores and the employees spoke out. There are Labor Laws, as well as Criminal Laws that protect employees.
A few people out of 790 stores full of employees speaking out just sounds more like a few disgruntled past of present employees.
So you have no righ to write on this blog if you have no clue what is going on behind those doors.If you what to know what is going on get a job at TM as management then we will let you write of your experience.I will like to open boxes all by yourself, unload trucks under any kind of weather,then get call to the front to work at the registers all dirty an all, then no lunch no breaks work over 70 hours a weeks and get paid the same and have the DM tell you that your store is not making enough on sales because you did not empty the back room fast enough . We are not disgruntled we are victims that want TM to be exposed for what they are doing as we type here.
Get a new job and quit whining....
For your information I left TM and working for a better company were I am respected. I am able to use my past skills and learned from my bad experience , I work for HR now. This new company has less work to be done to store managers because everything is more modern and they do care about labor hours and who does what for how long, no reason to get injured because the work is done by very far more people not the 2 running all the store like TM. My goal in this blog and my blog is to continue the fight against this company because they did wrong to me and many others and the ones that are going thru this situations that we find. Lately ,sexual harrasment and HR people is not helping her they what to keep her quiet. HR in TM did nothing for me either. My complains when to deaf ears. So I will like you to visit one store and look at the back warehouse and count how many employees are working.I want you to understand how you may see things and may not look bad to you unless you are the one being injured. I was so clue less of my rights and I was not aware that they are all for making money and thru this blog we are making people aware of TM and get justice.

I see this site has become as useless as the others trying to slander Tuesday Morning. Keep up the good work! No one will believe anything posted here anymore.
Tuesday Morning is an awful company to work for. If you are thinking of going to work in retail , skip this company. They pay their employees poverty wages. And if you even stick your finger on a staight pin, they want you to go to the dr. for a drug screen, so they do not have to pay you for accidents on the job. And now they want employees including their older employees to stand on the curb with a tuesday morning sign, to advertise their company. In the heat, no hat , no umbrella or water , for eight hours. They are wanting to increase their customer base? Ridiculous !!! Call and complain to their head offfice in dallas TX, phone no. 214- 387-3562. Or your local Tueday Morning . May 2012
