Now Officially Time For The Union.

Well, it seems every time I say something that a special someone doesn't like I or my family are personally attacked. Previously it was after I stated the circumstances surrounding my reason for involvement in this blog...something said by Mr. Potty Mouth. This time they went a little too far and crossed the line into criminality. And the fact that it was done anonymously and on the internet makes no difference in a court of law. This latest attack came immediately following my posting of Request on August 14th, 2005. Instead of Tuesday Morning asking me to stop meddling in their affairs they decided to try and meddle in mine...oops...wrong idea. I said from day one I am relentless and now even more so. It will be a pleasure seeing the 'Morons' face to face.

Do press on Ed!!! WE all know that trash that was stated against your family was fom a Corporate "person" it wasn't too hard to tell that. We are ready for the Union, bring it on. Things are getting worse for us in the stores. The "CHEAPER more PRODUCTIVE people" ideal is squeezing us. EVERYONE now must work trucks, regardless of their "physical conditions" if they have a medical problem, it must be dealt with. They are enforcing this. It's time for some major change.

This was the process to follow not long ago to get rid of some people:The regional and the zone manager came in with this list already printed with the names of all the employees of the store and the assigments ;if you were not able to perform all of the jobs the manager took you off the schedule until you got tired of asking for more hours and you quit on your own. Leaving TM with no fault.And no unemployment benefits. So because you have to show off more to make sure you will not be fired they will use this to their advantage. Think about it.

Oh my God! This is exactly what they are doing in the stores right now. They just did this to a few people I know and are going after those that can't do trucks right now too for whatever health reasons they have. Isn't this against the law? They told one person they have to go see "the Tm Dr" because they can't use the persons dr excuse that they have. where is all this leading to does anyone know? sorry I have to do this under the Anomy for now. Maybe not for long.

Ed, have you accidently betrayed us?! If what you say is true and we can't post anony & they can come back to us, then what's to stop them from doing so! Could this hurt any future claim for disability?! I'n nearly sick to my stomach thimking all they could do to us.

Well, gee...if you were from law enforcement, had a subpoena, and there was evidence of a crime committed, you could get that info from blogger.com, but they will not divulge any info without a court order, and Tuesday Morning can't get that just to see who's posting on my blog. PS...I would have never known who made those illegal allegations if it weren't for a court order...blogger would never tell me anything just because I asked, and it's my web log.

Ed, I feel a little better, but couldn't they just claim that we were spreading libel against them? It doesn't matter if it is true or not TM has the $ to hire lawyers to make things look how ever they want to. Thanks a bunch for responding so quickly.

Tuesday Morning and it's upper management, regionals, zones, whoever, work through "FEAR and IMTIMIDATION" don't let this attack you. They've tried it on many of us. Stay strong and focused on what you have to do to get through this. I have seen and heard them act this way first hand. They are famous for it. Just let it be like water off of a ducks back. They speak like they can really do something to you, and maybe in some cases they can, but what they really want to do is BREAK you before you firstly start to protect yourself, and seek counsel, and then they want you to be in fear of them the entire time you are getting cousel, etc.
YOU DO HAVE RIGHTS. Find them out and stand on them.IF we would all do this then their fear tactics would have to stop, they can't continue to get away with this. This will all probably come down to the civil lawsuits. This is what will have to happen to make them stop their bad acting managers, regionals, and zones harrassing and pushing up against their employees to try to control them through fear. I wonder if the people higher up the pole in Dallas even realize what these freaks do to their own people to try to scare them.
Some great company eh? Get that word out, they have no compassion to their own people with inflictions caused by their jobs, etc. These madmen only seek to further themselves and cover their own backs regardless of who they step on and hurt in the process. It's against the law people don't let your paychecks rule you. We all have bills to pay, but the more we bow to their pressures of fear the longer they will continue to do this and get away with it. Report it to someone.
Document everything that happens, dates, times, conversations, wittnesses,emails. They will and do hang themselves.
What they do will come back to haunt them one day it's a pricipal true as time itself.

What's happening with a union? What union would best suit us & what other retailers have union representation?
