I have made it my mission in life to ruin Tuesday Morning Corp and any of it's affiliates and parent companies. I need pictures, statements, recordings of conversations with Corporate or their representatives, or even rumors of wrong doings. This has gone on long enough and it's time to take back our lives. If we as private citizens did even a tenth of what has happened here we would be fined, jailed, or both. You can't order conditions that injure people and think you can get away with it. There are a substantial number of people injured by Tuesday Mornings procedures and nothing is being done about it but a lot of words. If no one responds here within seven days I will assume that you all in the stores find this acceptable working conditions and I'll just go away. There is no way to pursue this with just words. Action is needed and urged at this time. If you call another employee for a sku check, mention the blogs. If you have a conversation with a customer, mention the blog. If you are talking to your friends about shopping, mention not to shop at Tuesday Morning because they are unfair and negligent to their employees. Make it happen. Be discrete but do it. If there is enough publicity about disgruntled employees things will change, but if you all sit back waiting nothing will ever happen. Post on one of the blogs what happened at your Workmans Comp hearing. Post on the blog if you are being harrassed about a messy store. And, did you know that even Corporate, with ten employees and a loading dock, can't get the merchandise out in four hours, or that the conditions (messy store) that led to Nancy quitting still exist and nothing is being done to her replacement in the way of harrassment. Did you also know that Tuesday Morning does not train it's Regionals on how to run a store. Run a register, open or close a store? They don't have a clue. They are trained in underhanded tactics to harrass the help. And they are hiring spies in corporate to watch over those employees as well. This was verified by a number of corporate employees. Seems like the paranoia is spreading. There is a sickness there that has to be irradicated.

hi ed i have found that your reasons or promises are so very wrond in this day and age retail is nothing but the bottom line.
so you must have worked in retail millions of times calm down and get over your battles with this company.
I am a store manager for tuesday morning and i like the company it has a lot issues but that not just tuesday morning its all of retail.
so you should look into a new line of work maybe.
god is with us all so hes with you too.
keep that in mind move on and find greater things you love too do.
dont keep trying to fight a battle you will never win.
This is a message from an assistant manager to the manager. AT YOUR STORE YOU MAY BE LUCKY. I WAS LUCKY TOO AT MY FIRST STORE BECAUSE IT TAKES A GOOD MANAGER TO RUN A STORE AND BE ABLE TO DEAL WITH ALL THIS STUFF. YES WE WORKED VERY HARD AND STILL TOOK A LOT OF PRIDE TO DO IT. THEN OUR REGIONAL RESIGN(FEMALE) VERY GOOD ONE BY THE WAY. AND THEY SEND SOMEONE THAT NEVER KNEW HOW TO EVEN RUN A STORE,NEVER HAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS KIND OF BUSINESS AND THINGS STARTED TO HAPPEN. I WAS SENT TO ANOTHER STORE BECAUSE I WAS VERY GOOD. MY MANAGER COULD NOT FIGHT IT BECAUSE SHE HAD NO CONTROL. WE HAD A GREAT TEAM. AFTER A FEW MONTHS AT MY NEW STORE I WAS IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM WITH AN INJURY CAUSED BY THE LABOR CUTS BECAUSE WE HAD TO DO MOSTLY ALL THE WORK TO BE ABLE TO STAY ON BUDGET. WE WORKED ON DAYS OFF AND STILL ON OUR REVIEWS WE NEVER GOT (E)IN ALL THE YEARS WORKING FOR TM. WHY THEY DO THIS? THEY TOOK OUR DRINKING WATER COOLERS TO SAVE MONEY. THEY USED US TO DO INVENTORY.WE WORKED ALMOST 60 HOURS BECAUSE WE HAD TO HELP OUT OTHER STORES TOO ON THE SAME WEEK.WE ALL LOVED TM. AT THIS MOMENT INJURED AGAIN AND NOT COLLECTING A CENT.YOU HAVE TO BE IN OUR SHOES TO UNDERSTAND HOW NANCY FEELS SO YOUR WORDS DON'T COUNT . AT THIS MOMENT THEY FIRED A LOT OF MANAGEMENT BECAUSE THEY FOUND A REASON TO GET RID OF THEM BEFORE THE RAISE. SO BE CAREFULL! MY MANAGER AT THIS MOMENT DOES NOT CARE FOR ME AT ALL.SHE USED ME TO BE ABLE TO PASS THE INSPECTIONS ALONG WITH THE OTHER ASSOCIATES.HOW MANY TIMES DOES THE MANAGER HAS TO CLOSE? ONE'S A WEEK? I WILL KEEP MY BATTLE TOO UNTIL SOMEONE LISTEN TO US.
I am a store manager with Tuesday Morning and I agree with alot of what is said. But to group all managers in to the same category is not fair. Some of us try as best we can to help our employees Even though it is against policy I have been in the back of the truck unloading it so that the elderly lady i had working for me didn't have to. I also have a great regional who when I had a truck to big for my stockroom showed up and helped me un-box. Ed I understand that you are trying to stand-up for the "little guy". But lets say Tuesday Morning goes out of buisness where are all of the employees going to work. I don't have a Degree most companies wouldn't even consider me for a management job. I have worked for many big retailers before And my worst day at Tuesday Morning is better then my best at other places.
TO THE MANAGER;
OUR GOAL IS LETTING CORPORATE KNOW THAT WE KNOW MANY THINGS SHOULD BE BETTER AND THEY ARE NOT:
THEY PLANNED THE WHOLE THING TO SAVE MONEY.
THEY KNEW THAT AT THE END YOU WILL BE UNLOADING THE TRUCK BECAUSE IF YOU DID NOT COMPLY WITH THE 2 DAYS YOU WILL GET AN (U).I AM SURPRISED AND HAPPY FOR YOUR REGIONAL OUR'S SIMPLY CAME AND LOOKED AT US WHILE WE UNLOADED THE TRUCK AND SIMPLY LEFT. I AM HAPPY THAT MANY OF US DON'T HAVE A DEGREE AND STILL GOT THE POSITION. BUT I AM NOT HAPPY THAT THEY MAY USE THIS AGAINTS US. BECAUSE YOU ARE AFRAID OF LOOKING FOR ANOTHER JOB AFTER YOU ARE TRAP HERE. I WENT TO AN INTERVIEW AND GUESS WHAT? I JUST UNLOADED A TRUCK AND OPENED SO MANY BOXES THE DAY BEFORE THAT I COULD NOT PASS THE TYPING TEST! THE REST OF THE INTERVIEW WENT PERFECT. REASON :MY HANDS WERE VERY SORED AND STIFF. I EXPLAIN TO THEM BUT THEY WILL NOT UNDERSTAND HOW COME AN ASSISTANT MANAGER IS DOING THIS KIND OF JOBS . YOU NEVER SPEAK BAD ABOUT YOUR CURRENT JOB ON AN INTERVIEW . SO, I LOST ANOTHER CHANCE FOR A BETTER FUTURE AGAIN. BY THE WAY, MY EX MANAGER WAS THE BEST. NOT THE CURRENT ONE.
