Same Stuff, Different Day

Well, it seems the corporates weren't going around to see about morale, they were going around to express their authority. They spent three minutes in a store of a friend, berated her, then said "Don't talk to her, she's leaving". Now this friend is a middleaged woman who worked for TM for years. They are white washing all of this and still claiming that corporate TM is perfect and that all the problems are caused by the stores. These are little minds, folks. They have no originality nor a clue on how to run a company. Now is the time for all the customers to find out just what kind of company they are shopping from. You know...sweat shop mentality. "I'm the boss and do as I say." The same dude is in charge, yet they think they can change the company by getting rid of their "troublemakers". The troublemaker is one Michael Marchetti who seems to have a Napoleon syndrome. Sorry, Kathleen, you didn't heed the important information given here as to the answers to your problem. You think that by sweeping things under the rug you win. Now we will show you just what a boycott can do for your bottom line. You also think that by taking Madison-Dearborn out of the picture that you win, but the same names are at the top....you lose!!!

C'mon everyone tell us how corporate behaved in your store!
By posting it on this blog which we all know TM reads, it will show IT IS NOT THE STORES but the stupidity at the top!!!!!

Corporate hasn't come to our stores down here in the states around the headquarters but we are waiting. We are ready to tell our stories and "yes" it is evident to all and apparently to the precious stockholders, which I might ADD are SOME OF US! That the company is not doing well. The confussion is at the top. If the head is sick, then the body is sick as well. 2 + 2 does still equal 4 in this world and anyone can see it. Tell the Corporate "moral boosters" to just look in our employee breakrooms and bathrooms.....there's a huge moral booster right there. NOT! Then just take a careful look around the store....up all the messy aisles. Then maybe hang around to see us unload a truck and then begin to put it out. Doesn't take a C.S.I. person to figure out.....we have no moral left. We are like robots. We have done what we were all told to do or ELSE. But not any longer, for those of us who are still hanging on or for those who are trapped due to the fact they need the insurance or the money to feed their families, we are becoming wiser, more cunning, we are saying "enough, is enough, and we have rights too!" Their abuse has to stop and it will. We will stand up to the giant and we will slay it. Why? Because we aren't scared any longer. We realize that things CAN change if we stand together.

Tell us how did they berate your friend? Did they tell her they were coming in to do the "moral" thing, or how did this all start off?

Who did they tell not to talk to her? And why was she leaving? Did they release her from her duties? This is all so weird. Someone explain to us what in the world is going on here? Are they coming to all the stores. This is freaking me out. What are they spies? Gestapo agents and then they take us out and shoot us or what? What do we do? What did your friend do? Did she tell them the truth. I will. We have to.

Will they go to all the stores? I doubt it, they are too cheap. How are they deciding what one to go to? Maybe they went to the N.J. stores because of the problems you guys have faced up there.They need to hit all 50 states and see how the other areas are feeling. We are over the top with being fed up in our area.
