Read what it says there, then call, write, or whatever...just get in touch with them and ask for help. You can call from each store. This doesn't have to be throughout the chain. After enough stores sign up it snowballs from there.
As we speak there is a team of Corporates going around store to store checking on morale. If you don't speak up, shame on you! Don't just tell them what they want to hear. This is your chance to show these people once and for all, things aren't right in Oz.

We will NOT be intimidated by you. This garbage from Corporate, has gone on for too long and we are all exhausted with your paperwork and trucks with that double in size every year, yet we recieve no more payroll from year to year and are expected to continue to "recover the store, do markdowns, get the frieght to the floor faster" blah, blah, blah, with no extra help. All you people in Dallas, do is YOKE your Manager's and their Employees, with more demands, and issues, and tell US to solve them and you offer us less, and less, help, and solutions. Bring on the Corporate Big Dogs, to come speak to us because we are tired of all this nonsense, and are ready to talk. Can't you see that from all the frustrated blog entries. You have an inside rebellion on your hands folks. It's like one of my employees told me today, "I stayed here only because I like the people I work with and this USED to be a fun job, it's not any longer." I told them, it wouldn't be much longer before we would all have to get out because it's out already spinning out of control and it soon will be an avalanche and none of us can stop this cycle of bad behavior at this point. Scared animals bite and scratch you when you try to help them. Drowning people, try to drown you when you come to save them. It's all done out of fear. To sum it up......."We have seen the enemy, and the enemy is THEM!"
Has any one got any union information back yet? I too went to that website to sign up. What happens next? Has anyone got that far yet? Keep us posted so we can prepare.
