Ed I don't know what is happening. I don't understand who called you or said something about you. Please know that I have been called terrible names by my Regional in front of witnesses. This will all come out when the shit hits the fan. Please hang in there. I am sorry if someone hurt you. It is probably someone from TM trying to stop us. They are very evil.
When we are hired as management we have no idea what we are getting into. All my knowledge led me to believe that everybody in this business was a professional on their own way true but not all were. Under my final manager wings my extensive knowledge on this business was thrown out the window because I was treated as an ignorant and finnaly was given the duties of a beginner without being ask just because if you don't follow orders your are written up; this lead to land me on this situation that I can no longer work. The abuse this people put us cannot be forgotten. It has to justice for all.My name will be Mo but stands for Many Out not this other morons using this site that had do respect for the ones that worked very hard for this company and ended up out for various conditions.
Hi Mo Please stay we us. There are many of us out there. Maybe when the right time comes more people will come forward. If you know how to get the word out please do so. This blog has been trying to get people to just let us know they are there. We know they are out there, but they need to be reached. Well thank you for speaking up. Your words are perfect. This is what happens to all or us. We have so much knowledge but they do not value any of it. Boy, did we make the wrong decision on where to work. One of the most difficult challenges is now working injured. Your injury doesn't get better if you continue to work. You have to work if your claim is denied. You are working against doctors orders. On and on it goes. This is why the challenge must be made and won. The insane cycle must be broken. This is a terrible company who keeps getting away with the same offenses over and over again. Until now! For those of you who escaped before you were injured, good for you.
