Someone's Gone!
The used car salesman (the smooth talker) is gone. Means the line is getting shorter to a better company. That zone (the northeast) is now being run by a woman. Someone is wising up in the corporate office, but let's see if some publicity will move things along. Stay tuned folks, it's getting better by the day.

You employees, (especially Managers) on the East Coast BEWARE! I do not trust them when they put in "new" Zones, or Regionals. Either something happened to make these people quit....like they put tons of pressure on them. Or else they got booted out because they weren't putting enough pressure on you. We seen this in our own Region!! We have a saying I am sure you have heard too......"Don't count your chickens before they hatch." Tuesday Morning is evil and a lepoard can't change it's own spots. Not without some kind of surgery that is. I hope this is the begining of the end for you all over there. The only problem is, we in our area went through changes too and it DID indeed only get worse. She will be hard at first, then after a couple years...if she makes it that long in the position if it's anything like we have experienced. All the things this man told us to do.....we couldn't do. Long story. It's not our faults, we have done what we could concerning petty things...such as "no merchandise on the floor" everything MUST be on a platform. Right! Come see our stores today. You will laugh when you see the merchandise all OVER the floors. Where else can that stuff go. It's a joke. These Zone, come from stores that have no clue what Tuesday Morning is all about. They think they can do this thing and they suck up to their bosses. Which will remain nameless tonight but all of you know who the Zone's bosses are. THEN, they lie to us. About MANY things, more payroll. Things will be fixed concerning our trucks and our everyday running of the store problems. And yet, nothing changes. It's still remains the same. Two years after then came and it's worse. The problems begin AT THE TOP!!! Bad leadership at the top always brings problems at the bottom. It's a well known fact. It's proven. IF THE HEAD is "Sick" the BODY will be "Sick" too. So it's the HEAD that has to get fixed. IF you know what and who I mean. This isn't rocket science people. So we wish you the best all of you in the East Coast. But don't get your hopes up. It's a loosing battle with these people the company just doesn't care about us. It is NOT an "employee friendly" company, so kiss that goodbye.
