Welcome...

I see the scapegoat is gone (yes, Larry Cornell), now for the regional under him please. My phone has been ringing off the hook (cell phone...we had the landline shut off to see if only cell phone as main phone will work...apologies to those that have tried to call number posted below) to talk about this small bit of news. Does it mean Tuesday Morning is paying attention, or is it just one of those things?

A welcome to Sheri Rhine as new Zone. Please don't be a Larry clone, and if you are doing MM's bidding you will go down with the ship. WORD JUST IN:...She's worse than Larry so be prepared!!!!! Does Tuesday Morning Corp think a shuffle of personnel is going to solve their problems or quiet this call for help down? NO! What is going to happen is a flurry of lawsuits in various states being consolidated into one big class action lawsuit...most injured were women. This crap of businesses having to resort to unethical means to further investors bank accounts has to stop. There has to be a limit to what a corporation can get away with.

Right on Ed! Yep this one is as mean as they come so all of you brace yourselves! She is an old regional who made it up to corporate and is right hand to Michael Marcheti, so be aware of what you say!
She is zone manager 1 and has taken on zone 2 which is us the Northeast, why?
She is cleaning house and is very well known at firing people at the drop of a hat, so to speak!
If all of us would joined forces just like the managers in California, we definitely could pursue a class action lawsuit!
The managers won that one. TM has an another lawsuit there,

Also, TM latest news:

24-Mar-2005
Change in Directors or Principal Officers
Item 5.02(b). Departure of Directors or Principal Officers.
On March 24, 2005, the Company received a letter of notification from one of our Directors, Sally Frame Kasaks, indicating she would not be standing for reelection at the 2005 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on May 17, 2005. Ms. Kasaks will resign her membership on the Board of Directors of Tuesday Morning Corporation effective May 16, 2005.

29-Mar-2005
Entry Material Agreement
Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On March 28, 2005, the Compensation Committee of our Board of Directors, approved the fiscal 2005 base salary for our Chief Executive Officer, Kathleen Mason, as $580,000 effective as of April 1, 2005.

Additionally, the Compensation Committee approved the 2005 bonus formula for Ms. Mason requiring continued improvement in earnings per share in 2005 over the prior year. The bonus is earned based on the period beginning January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005. The bonus is based on our audited financials and is paid during 2006. The Compensation Committee, in its own judgment, has the discretion to adjust the formula, or provide for a discretionary payment, for abnormal events that are deemed beyond the control of the Chief Executive Officer.

Sure let's give her $580.000 and only 3% payroll for a 14,000 sq feet!

People, people maybe they can lower it to 2%...LOL
No time for break, no time for lunch, time for a union in this system and let see how they will like it!
God Bless us all because we are in for one heck of a ride with this new zone manager!

Sorry to hear that news on your "new" zone. You all stand your ground out there. We other managers will be thinking of you all in our other parts of America. WE can be united in this and wither or not Corporate sees this. IT IS HAPPENING! WE will stand together because we have been through the same trash together. Hold on to your integrity. These people will all fall down at some point in time. Sooner hopefully than later.
