Yes, it's official. My internet is off, yet I write to you from my kitchen...ah, a resourceful individual. I run two hundred feet of ethernet cable to a neighbors kitchen router and, voila, back on the internet. The drawback is my main e-mail is gone so it's official... enolan4208@excite.com.com , leave off the last .com to e-mail me direct. By the way, Anonymous can send me pictures through excite.com address and I can post on this blog just for haha's, and maybe a little embarrassment to a certain company...wink wink. They must not contain compromising situations for individuals, such as photos of illegal activities by individuals. These cannot be posted here in public and I won't so don't send them, but that overstocked back room, truck with cartons falling out, boxes in the aisles while store is open for business...those are legal if tastefully done. Not to embarrass, just prove once and for all what this is all about. This is about employees being taken care of by the very company they work for without a lot of BS and lies. The employees could care less about that sixteen per cent return on investment that the shareholders enjoy, plus their respective high salaries and high lifestyle. They just do not want to be treated like second-class citizens while giving first-class service. And the last point is no retail company can survive if they don't spend up front...meaning in the very stores that they sell their wares in. You have made the import end of Tuesday Morning work efficiently, now spend the money in the stores. Get rid of the expendable location syndrome, please!

Did everyone get the new "Mandate" last Friday, that the June "Green Card" sale is going to be "moved" to a SATURDAY???? This is amazing. Never in the history of the store, has it been on any other day than a Tuesday. So why is this? Because their big once a month sales have diminished to well below their forcasts. So by moving that once a month sale to a Saturday, oh yes, and to Sunday, because the store hours are increasing during these two days, they believe that they can now capture those people that normally cannot come to the Tuesday sales because they work, and will be off on the weekends. This shows us how desperate they are and that they are grasping at anything to motivate sales. Their e-mail sale campaigns are not working, their newspaper ads are not working, now add to this the Green Card sales as well. Why? Because people are shopping smarter. They possibly know of the "boycott" but persoanlly, we feel that they are sick of the nastiest stores on the planet and no clerks to help them, AND slow lines due to the fact their is maybe 1-2 cashiers running registers on a good day. IF you are in a store that only has two employees working, then there will only be 1 cashier and the lines will be long, because the other clerk, usually a manager, is pulling out a big floor rug, from under the huge pile that is stacked to the sky and trying to climb ladders to help reach other products for customers while then trying to load out that big floor rug, and handing someone the key to the restroom, while also, answering the phone and seeing if we have an item that the customer on the phone would like us to check on. Customers want SERVICE, especially at Tuesday Morning stores. For some reason, these are the most demanding customers I have ever seen in my life. I have worke in retail and otherwise all my life and they are the worst at the T.M. stores. Why is that? Because there is no one to help them so they just ask out rudly trying to get someone to help them. They tear up the store looking for things because then it matches everything else about the store. Hear me stockholders.......there is a problem at Tuesday Morning and maybe YOU, yourselves need to come and see what is going on. We need help. We are worn out and burned out and are over worked and underpaid. We asked to do more and more and yet get no more money to acomplish these great tasks that they continue to ask us to do. Why is it that we are all running on the SAME payroll figures as last year? Is there no "cost of living allowances" for these employees? There is not any smart management happening at the top and this is what the stock holders need to know. Many of the best customers are their own employees, they buy things too, but not any more. Many of us have decided to save our money and not purchase things from the corporate store that "thinks" it owns our "Souls".....we are telling others in our families too and our friends too. Some of the employees own stock. I NEVER would purchase it because I could not in good faith buy it because I didn't/don't believe in putting my money into such an awful investment. IF this company cannot even treat it's own people nice, why would I invest in that? There are other, better things to invest into. I do that. I invest in people. Tuesday Morning needs to invest in it's own best thing they have going for them, their employees. Happy employees will be their best asset. At this point after reading all these various commments on this site, I see nothing but hurt, anger, and frustration. That is no way to run a business. The employees will turn on you and it looks like they are.
